Deploy panel shows "Off" when auto-deploy is disabled
Projects with staging auto-deploy turned off now show a neutral Off badge in the Deploy panel.
What shipped
- The Deploy panel shows a neutral Off badge when staging auto-deploy is disabled for a project.
- Real build failures still show the Failed badge with the error inline.
Why it matters
A paused pipeline isn't a broken one. The panel now tells you "this is off" instead of looking like something went wrong.
