What shipped
- The Deploy dialog opens on production: what is live, what changed, the note field and the deploy button, all in view.
- Staging and the embed code are one row each. Staging shows its status, the files changed and the size, with Sync now right there. Expand a row when you want the detail.
- One row is open at a time, and the dialog opens the same way every time.
Why it matters
Most of what you do in this dialog is ship to production, often several times an hour. It should take two clicks and no scrolling.
